Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: April 5, 2026
1. How to request deletion
To request deletion of personal data processed by Closerlane, send an email to patryk@webpdesign.eu with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Information we may ask for
To verify the request and protect account security, we may ask for:
- your full name
- your company name
- the email address associated with the account or conversation
- the connected channel or system involved, for example Instagram or GHL
- enough detail to identify the relevant record or conversation
3. What happens next
- we review the request and confirm whether we can verify the requester
- we assess whether the data can be deleted immediately or must be retained for legal, security, billing, or contractual reasons
- where required by applicable law, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month
4. What may be deleted
- account profile information we control directly
- lead or conversation records stored in Closerlane systems
- support records, where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
5. What may be retained
Some data may need to be retained for limited periods, including:
- security and abuse-prevention logs
- records needed to comply with legal obligations
- billing, tax, or accounting records
- records needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
6. Third-party systems
If your data also exists in third-party services connected to Closerlane, such as GHL, Meta, scheduling systems, or email providers, you may need to submit separate deletion requests to those providers unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
