2. What Closerlane does
Closerlane is a software service used to manage inbound lead conversations, qualification workflows, operator dashboards, follow-up logic, booking handoff, and reporting. The service may connect with third-party systems such as GoHighLevel, Meta platforms, email providers, database providers, and AI service providers.
3. Categories of personal data we process
- account and contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, business name, and job role
- conversation data, such as direct messages, replies, voice transcriptions, qualification answers, and booking details
- lead profile and CRM data, such as score, stage, tags, objections, and next actions
- technical and usage data, such as IP address, device/browser data, timestamps, logs, and service events
- support and communication data, such as messages sent to support or privacy contacts
